At Trurix, we know that when it comes to buying a used industrial machine—especially from overseas—trust starts with transparency.
That’s why we follow a strict and detailed inspection process for every machine before it is listed on our website. Our goal is simple: only showcase machines that we would be confident to buy ourselves.
Here’s how we do it:
✅ 1. Inspection by Experienced Engineers
Every machine is checked by our team of mechanical engineers, each with years of hands-on experience. We examine the machine’s core structure, control systems, moving parts, and signs of wear or repair.
We look at:
- Mechanical integrity (frames, screws, guides, bearings)
- Hydraulic or pneumatic components (if applicable)
- Electrical wiring, PLCs, and user interface
- Functionality and startup performance
- Maintenance history (when available)
🔍 2. Operational Testing
Whenever possible, we run the machine to confirm its functions. We check speed, accuracy, noises, and stability under basic conditions. We also observe startup behavior and emergency stops.
Note: Not all used machines are connected or installed when we get them. In such cases, we provide a video of its last working condition, or simulate partial operations where safe.
📷 3. Visual Documentation
We take detailed photos and videos of:
- The complete appearance
- The critical working parts
- Any wear, rust, or past repairs
- The nameplate and brand/model number
- Control panels and screen functions
These are made available on the product listing or sent directly to serious buyers.
🧠 4. Grading the Machine’s Condition
We give each machine a condition rating based on:
- Age and usage
- Structural and operational status
- Maintenance level
- Export readiness
Only machines with solid performance and clean condition are accepted into our showcase.
🔒 5. Anti-Counterfeiting Tag After Selection
After a buyer selects a machine, we apply anti-counterfeit labels on key parts (e.g., motor, controller, cylinders) to ensure the buyer receives exactly the machine they saw in our video.
Why It Matters
At Trurix, we don’t believe in just “selling what’s available.”
We believe in selecting what’s reliable—and letting you verify it, step by step.
👉 Buyers worldwide can trust that when you choose a Trurix-inspected machine, you’re choosing:
- Technical transparency
- Honest condition
- Secure delivery
